    Welcome to Grambix. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

    General terms:

    1. Denitions and Applicability 1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and use of digital products (“E-books”) offered through www.grambix.com (“Website”), owned by Grambix VOF, based in the Netherlands. 1.2 By making a purchase or using the Website, the Customer agrees to these Terms, including the provision that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products. 1.3 Deviations from these Terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing with Grambix VOF. 1.4 These Terms are drafted in accordance with Dutch law and applicable EU regulations regarding e-commerce and consumer protection.
    2. Digital Products and Delivery 2.1 The E-books are delivered exclusively in digital format and are available for download after payment is completed. 2.2 After payment, the Customer will receive a download link via email. It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and functional email address. 2.3 Grambix VOF guarantees the functionality of the download link for at least 7 days after purchase. 2.4 If the Customer fails to download the product within this period, Grambix VOF is not obligated to provide a new download link.
    3. Prices and Payment 3.1 All prices are in USD include Dutch VAT (BTW) unless otherwised stated. 3.2 Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe , our designated payment provider. 3.3 Payment can be made using the payment methods offered by Stripe at checkout. 3.4 Any transaction fees or charges from the payment service provider are the responsibility of the Customer. 3.5 Grambix VOF reserves the right to change prices and offers without prior notice.
    4. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase, in accordance with and Article 6:2330p paragraph d of the Dutch Civil Code and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). 4.2 By purchasing an E-book, the Customer that they lose their right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available for download. 4.3 Refunds will only be granted if Grambix VOF is unable to provide a working download link after repeated attempts. 4.4 If a download link does not function or the product is defective, the Customer must contact Grambix VOF within 7 days of purchase to seek a resolution.
    5. Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions 5.1 All E-books and related content are protected by copyright and remain the property of Grambix VOF. 5.2 The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the E-book for personal use only. 5.3 It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, resell, or publicly share the E-books without written permission from Grambix VOF. 5.4 Violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
    6. Liability and Indemnication 6.1 Grambix VOF is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the E-books or the Website. 6.2 The information in the E-books is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, nancial, medical, or professional advice. 6.3 Grambix VOF cannot be held responsible for any decisions or actions taken by the Customer based on the content of the E-books. 6.4 Under no circumstances shall the total liability of Grambix VOF exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant E-book. 6.5 The Customer indemnies Grambix VOF against all third-party claims arising from the use of E-books provided by Grambix VOF.
    7. Privacy Policy 7.1 Grambix VOF respects the privacy of its Customers and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 7.2 Personal data is used solely for order processing and communication and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 7.3 More information about the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy on the Website.
    8. Modications and Termination 8.1 Grambix VOF reserves the right to amend these Terms. The revised Terms will be published on the Website and take effect on the date of publication. 8.2 If a Customer does not accept the modied Terms, they must cease using the Website and services. 8.3 Grambix VOF may discontinue the sale of certain products or restrict access to the Website at any time without prior notice.
    9. Applicable Law and Disputes 9.1 These Terms are exclusively governed by Dutch law. 9.2 Disputes arising from these Terms will preferably be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. 9.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
